Outlook 2007: Prevent Forwarding of a Message
Sending a message to someone and you would prefer that they not forward it to someone else? You can prevent the forwarding of your message by following these steps:
1. Open, create, and address the message as you normally would.
2. Click the Office Button.
3. Mouseover Permission and select Do Not Forward.
Note: You need to have the Windows Rights Management Client installed, if you do not, a prompt will appear. Click Yes and you can download and install the client. You will need a .NET Passport to register and download an Rights Management account certificate.
Chances are you might have wanted to do this at some point, but didn’t know how to. Well here is the explanation. This might work with Outlook 2003, but don’t quote me.
