Advocacy for high quality customer service for consumers
The gethuman project is a consumer movement to improve the quality of phone support in the US. This free website is run by volunteers and is powered by over one million consumers who demand high quality phone support from the companies that they use.
Excellent idea, and they aren’t kidding…they have a plethora of customer service phones numbers. Bookmark it, and check it out next time you have a problem with a company that doesn’t publicly show a phone number (i.e. Paypal, Ebay, Google, etc).
