Not your average workout: Tire flipping, jumping, sprints with a jumpstretch band, runs with kettlebells, turkish get ups with kettlebells, medicine ball throwing, kipping pullups, bear crawls, tuck sits on gymnastics rings, barbell thrusters.  Real, oldschool, brutal – full body movements.

In case you don’t understand what is going on here… The newly released movie, 300 had some VERY (and that is an understatement) jacked Spartan warriors. For example:

Yes, those are real muscles. To be honest, I saw the movie and thought it had to be computer generated…that is how jacked these guys were. As it turns out, those are real muscles, and this is the workout plan that got them to that point. Part 2 of the 300 Workout is also available. Maybe this will be my little summer project…if I could end up half as jacked as these guys I’d be happy.
