Well I think it’s ok to say TA 20 officially through a pretty good party last night. I’d also like to note that the house didn’t get trashed (for the most part…stupid freshman ) either. I am sure there will be several more to come…
Quite an interesting little site that poses the question “What would happen if the rest of the world could vote in the US election?” …Granted, I take these results with a grain of salt considering I highly doubt that the people of Iraq have had very many chances to worry about such important things as vote online for Kerry…
For anyone who doesn’t want to read this, I honestly do understand. I am just posting this in honor of those we lost on this horrible day. May they rest in peace.
Warning: This site will take a LONG time to load. These are the 1,000 faces of the soldiers senselessly sent to their deaths by the current US administration. I know this is a touchy subject, but I honestly don’t care. You can debate the goal of going into Iraq, but you cannot deny the fact that it was a preemptive strike on a nation that did not represent a feasable threat to the national security of the US, regardless of what Colin Powell lied about to the UN.
This picture speaks for itself. This is all due to a wonderful little application called Pear PC (PearPC.Net). I’ll post a step by step tutorial for this later today. I am in the process of downloading Tiger…yes, it’s a tech preview of the new version of OSX (10.4). Once I get this downloaded and installed I’ll post a bit of a review of the new features. Check back soon.
Just a random bit of information I came across over at Neowin …Microsoft has released pictures of there new upcoming product line. Check them out:
How cool is that… with the mobile mice, the usb adapter hides away inside the underside of the mouse… I am easily amused
A useful and interesting site I stumbled across the other day…very nice for web developers (and just general tech nerds).
This is a very interesting article that uses scientific experimentation to back up accessibility data. Interesting read for an web developers.
This is just crazy. I still haven’t quite got used to the concept of liquid cooling inside something that is so fragile and electrical, but hey, it obviously works (and works well). Granted, these are crazy expensive, but if you got the money this is where to spend it
This is just something I stumbled across last night in my web meanderings…
