Vista, MacOS: Who’s Copying Whom?
Does Windows Vista indeed look a lot like the MacOS? At first sight, you’d say yes. Vista’s Gadgets bear a striking resemblance to Apple’s widgets, for instance. However, you have to go back in time, to 2003 to be precise, to realize that, yes, Microsoft actually got there first, 2 years before Tiger. What?
A well written article that talks about several obvious points that no one ever seems to remember, be it by coincidence or by denial, when it comes to the Apple vs. Microsoft battle.

USB teddy bear holds data, scares children
Generally, when someone makes a teddy bear-themed gadget, his/her intention is to overwhelm bystanders with cuteness. But whoever created this little guy, whose head has to be removed in order to access the internal USB drive, must have watched one too many Tim Burton movies.
Way too funny...I need to get one of these

Quickmuse
QuickMuse is a cutting contest, a linguistic jam session, a series of on-the-fly compositions in which some great poets riff away on a randomly picked subject. It’s an experiment, QuickMuse, to see if first thoughts are indeed the best ones.
Interesting idea, I’ll have to check this out when I get some time.
