Websoup - Webmaster Resource Directory
a small but growing webmaster resource directory where you will find hundreds of links to sites that provide free or linkware resources and services in various categories WebSoup aims to make it easier for people to find good quality, free resource sites. As well as a place for webdesigners and webmasters to share their favorite links.
For a site devoted to webmasters and web developers this sure has a horrible (and ugly) site design…lol 
That aside, this is a great resource with a lot of useful links and information.
